ABOUT ME
I grew up in Pennsylvania. I then attended the State University of New York at Fredonia where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts, with an additional major/focus in arts administration and communication.
WHAT I'VE DONE
I have experience in stage management for musicals, plays, dance, and opera productions, as well as special events, administrative projects, and public relations work. I am always seeking more opportunities to help a team produce shows and projects that make a difference. I take pride in being a part of a collaborative art form that is always changing with our world today.
WHAT I DO
I take pride in having an optimistic and friendly attitude, while also remaining calm in stressful situations. I provide strict attention to detail, logical organization, strong leadership, tech savvy, and endless passion for creating an inviting atmosphere for administrators, performers, designers, and technicians. I always work to the best of my ability to ensure every department in a production/event is fully supported.

PORTFOLIO
Click each photo and description to see some of events/productions I've worked on.
This photo was taken on my last day as the Stage Manager for More Pet Shenanigans at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. I was responsible for coordinating a team of trainers/performers, along with their trained adorable animals, to produce an entertaining family show. For each show I ran lights, sound effects, audio mixing, clear-com communication, prop repair, and facilitated audience participation.
I was the Stage Manager for one of Busch Gardens Williamsburg's Howl-O-Scream haunted house/maze attractions. Each house/maze hosted dozens of actors, scenic elements, lighting, sound, and props that created another world of haunts and monsters for guests to be spooked by. I coordinated a team of actors and technicians and worked with park operations and security to ensure a safe and fun experience for every guest.
I was recently the Stage Manager for my final university production, Spring Awakening. Featuring a cast of 20, this "electrifying" rock musical was an emotional spectacle. Featuring a raked thrust downstage of a regular proscenium, this production utilized an automated lift with trap doors attached, the band playing onstage, climbable trusses, an industrial set, and several projection screens.
The Fredonia Dance Ensemble is an annual concert featuring varying styles of dance, including modern, jazz, ballet, tap, and hip-hop. Every year, faculty choreographers at SUNY Fredonia and guest choreographers bring together a collection of pieces whose themes reflect the times we live in. Notable guests include a residency from the renowned Paul Taylor 2 company.
This anniversary concert featured several alumni guest vocalists, a large orchestra, undergraduate student vocalists, and a projection screen with live lyrics.
Produced in a black box theatre, this production utilized movable "peach slices" that actors climbed on and hung from while moving them throughout the show. Notable challenges included two turntables and aerial silks above the peach.
